Participants who were willing to use online and mobile banking, but who were less familiar with doing so regularly, still felt this was a good option and would be interested in trying it if there were clear instructions for how to do so. This meant that these participants had low motivation to take action, defaulting to repayment by payable order. You have a range of IOSS options with Royal Mail.
