At the time of writing this post, Poshmark gives buyers 24 hours to take advantage of an "Offer to Liker" (OTL). As a buyer Im very frustrated now with sellers who post but never provide any detail of the items (when it only takes a second to measure), those who send damaged goods and those who take my money and never ship at all. I would recommend starting your own Shopify store or selling on Depop. I dont have time for social selling. Beware of Ebay! I started selling on Poshmark in January 2019. I have tons of New MK purses w/ tags, brand new makeup Dior, Chanel, Elizabeth Arden etc. Hmmm! You definitely have a huge audience on eBay. I started my Poshmark account a couple of days ago, and currently only have 5 items to sell. And theyre based out of country over seas!! The dress hung in her closet with plastic over it and then came to hang in my closet after listing it on Posh. And unfortunately without going into details, the garment came back to me damaged. Went to a local our market and purchased a cc for $500.00. This might help you to see that one thing youre missing that makes a big difference to your sales. The dress was sent back. And guess what? I accepted a real lowball offer for the item in the first place, but I couldnt believe it was happening to me! It keeps the original price on there and it's super easy. Therefore, Ill have to reconsider Poshmark to sell my vintage wears on because I really dont need that aggravation. The answering questions. You do have to pay a monthly fee to use Shopify and you have to know a bit of HTML programming in order to get your site set up the way you want it. I bought a pair of shoes. This is an item that you can sell 1/8 tsp. posh is crap. its a favorite in your closet but doesnt fit you anymore, its great for the upcoming season and things like that.
